I Don’t Feel So Overwhelmed Anymore
Recently we started a new service with our client, Al, and his wife, Sonya. Sonya has Alzheimer’s and Al has been feeling overloaded by the number of decisions that he has needed to make and the speed with which their life is changing. My first meeting with them was at the beginning of the month and then they went away on vacation. The second time I met with her, Al was able to leave the house on his own for the first time in quite some time. Here is what he had to say, with so much emotion and very nearly in tears:
“I never new this world (Alzheimer’s) was out there and have been so overwhelmed and feeling so inadequate. That was until I found out about you and your company and what you do.
Today, I went out for lunch with the guys and had no worries at all and had a good time with no regret and no guilt. Thank you!”
